True Worship

May 12, 2016 By Erin Beasley

This past week, we studied the second command to not create a carved image. The heart of this command is worship; if the first command is about worshipping the true God, the second is about worshipping the true God in a true way. Because of that, I turned to the story of the woman at the well. Jesus tells her that worshipers of God will worship in spirit and truth.
